Triggers are events that occur when a specific action happens within the application.

1. New Registered User (Automated Trigger)
   This will trigger when a new user registers on your site.
   
   
2. New Contact (Automated Trigger)
   This will trigger when a new contact is made on your site using contact methods such as Listing Inquiry, Schedule a Showing, Regular Contact, Subdivision Inquiry, etc.
   
   
3. New Simple (Manual Trigger)
   This is triggered when you manually click the [Zap Selected] button on your Leads -> All index page. This is useful for when you want to send leads to Zapier that were in the system before Zapier integration was added to the product. Could also be useful if an Automated Zap trigger fails and you want to manually Zap it.
