Example of Admin panel.

NOTE: Never give out your login. You can create as many accounts as you like so please always create a new account for any user. We log who changes what pages based on their login. This way you will know if your SEO or blogger is doing work and what they changed last. If you share your account, you will always think you made the change and they would have more permissions than needed to do their job.

Our Admin system currently has 5 levels.

Admin Levels

[Lead]

When someone registers on your site, The system creates a lead account for them. This is a user's login account. Every login account will have a lead associated with it.

[Administration]

This user can export and change anything on the site. Be very careful who you give this level of access to!
NOTE: Never give out your admin login to anyone. You can create as many accounts as you want so always create a new account!

[Agent]

Your agents can also have a login to the site. When you create an agent profile and associate that agent's profile to the MLS by setting Agent(s) dropdown box to the correct agent. Now, this agent can be used in the lead lottery as well as have a limited admin login to the site.

The agent's admin login allows the agents to see their leads and manage only their leads. They can also update their profiles and if they have the agent portal, they can blog on the site as well. Don't worry we have a blog moderator system if you wish to moderate what is being posted, including what is being edited. They can also manage their agent Testimonials as well.

[Blogger]

Someone who just has access to the admin Blogger will be able to post blogs under their name or they can also post under other's names as well. Just make sure they see the posted as to when creating the post. Bloggers can look at comments, create and edit tags and blogs. They can not export anything!

[Lead Moderator]

The Lead moderator has access to moderate the leads that come in and can assign them to the agents as needed. They can move leads into groups and a few other lead maintenance things. The moderator can not in any way export leads.
