Many CRMs now require you to have some type of Opt-In Language on your forms. Most of them are for when you require a phone number. We have this language on all our forms, and you can control the text and check box from the admin part of your website. Please note that you might also have to add a check box like this on custom forms; as of now, we do not add it automatically to custom forms.
