You can manage your opt-in language for your forms from the sitewide settings section.
Preferences -> Sitewide Settings -> Email/SMS (Tab)
Please note that some systems currently require this to be unchecked, so we have a setting in the above section to make the box unchecked by default if needed.
Our Default Text does not include a link to your Privacy Policy, but we suggest you add one, as many CRMs now require them.
