With our system, you can Enhance your office or personal listings. Rather than put a lot of images here, I will include a video on how this is done. I have also included ways to add PDF files, videos, and more images to your listings.
The above image shows our new features, which we recently added to better aid our agents. You can now decide where the information you add will show on a listing.
You can also add some text for your listing that will appear on the summary page. This is a great location to put your buyer fees and other information.
You can also add more images and a video to any listing. The images will appear with the MLS images at the bottom in the order you put them.
We recently added the ability to create a page that shows all your enhanced listings, including your Buyer's Fees. For this to work, you must first ensure the check box for each listing that states "Include In Snippets" is checked.
You can create a page on your site with the following snippet, which will pull any Enhanced listings with the "Include in Snippets" Box Checked.

Above, you can see an example of the snippet used on a page to display all the buyer compensation properties this site wishes to display.
NOTE: If you are worried about this being public, a suggestion is to make the page where you put the snippet on to require registration to view.
