You can add your adwords remarketing id, and label in the backend of your site under Preferences -> Sitewide Settings -> 3rd Party tab
Scroll down to "Google Adwords Conversion ID" and "Google Adwords Conversion Label". That is where you enter the remarketing adwords information.
